Please read these terms carefully before using the Hemera platform or services.
By creating an account or using the Hemera platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Hemera. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Hemera offers four monthly subscription plans - Basic, Standard, Premium and VIP. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Your subscription runs for the full calendar month regardless of usage. Unused pickups or clothes allowances do not roll over to the following month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You are responsible for arranging your clothes before your scheduled pickup time slot. Missed pickups may be rescheduled once at no extra cost. A second missed pickup within the same cycle will be treated as used. Delivery returns to your registered address unless you update it in the app before your order is processed.
All items are inspected before processing. We will notify you of any irreparable stains or damage identified before washing. Hemera is not liable for pre-existing damage to items submitted for washing.
Pay-as-you-go orders are charged per item at the rates displayed in the app at the time of booking. Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.
Food orders are fulfilled by independent restaurant and eatery partners. Hemera facilitates the order and delivery but is not responsible for the preparation of the food. In the event of an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, contact our support team within 30 minutes of delivery for resolution.
All payments are processed through our secure payment partners. By making a payment you authorize Hemera to charge your selected payment method for the amount due. All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira and are non-refundable except where expressly stated.
Refunds are issued at Hemera's discretion in cases of verified service failure on our part. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, missed pickups caused by the subscriber, or subscription plans already activated.
You agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, abuse the rescheduling policy, or engage in any conduct that disrupts our service or harms other users or partners.
Hemera operates in selected cities. We reserve the right to expand, limit or modify our service coverage at any time. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time through the app.
Hemera's liability to you for any claim arising from use of our platform is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate Nigerian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
